Noah Burgan is a multitalented artist from Denver, Colorado now residing in Chicago, Illinois. Burgan is a self taught seamstress and drag queen performing under the name Poptart. She also dabbles in acting, filmmaking, and photography. Her filmography includes the television show Generation Drag and the film Rabbit on a Highway.
