1. What Vidbox Is

Vidbox is a movie and series discovery site. It presents catalog information - titles, cast, artwork, ratings, trailers and where a title can be watched legally - drawn from third-party data providers. Vidbox does not produce, own or claim rights to any of the underlying film or television content it describes.

2. No Account Required

Vidbox has no sign-up, login or user accounts. Nothing about your identity is required, collected or stored to use the site. Any preference the site remembers (such as your last-chosen playback source) is kept only in your own browser - see the Privacy Policy for detail.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or overload the site’s infrastructure, including automated scraping at a rate that degrades the service for others;
• Attempt to bypass, probe or defeat any security or access control on the site;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Vidbox, or use the Vidbox name, logo or wordmark without permission.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Film and series titles, artwork, descriptions and related metadata are sourced from third-party catalog providers and remain the property of their respective owners and rights holders. Vidbox’s own name, logo, wordmark and the original site design are the property of Vidbox and may not be copied or used without permission.

5. Third-Party Content, Trailers and Embedded Players

Vidbox does not host, store or transmit any video file. Where the site offers playback, it does so by embedding a player operated by a third party (for example, official trailers embedded from YouTube). Any such embedded player, and any site it links to, is operated independently of Vidbox, under its own terms and policies. Vidbox has no control over, and is not responsible for, the availability, accuracy, legality or content of any third-party player or site.

6. No Warranties

Vidbox is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Catalog data is supplied by third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or occasionally incorrect; Vidbox does not guarantee its accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vidbox and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or content, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any third-party content or player it links to or embeds.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vidbox harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Service

Vidbox may add, change or remove any part of the site, including its catalog coverage or playback options, at any time and without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Vidbox after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination of Access

Vidbox may restrict or terminate access to the site, for any user or in general, at its discretion - for example, in response to abuse, unlawful use or activity that threatens the site’s availability for others.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, without regard to conflict-of- law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
