The remaining 3 contestants, Faisu, Dipika, and Ayesha were given 3 proteins and 3 pastes. Faisu got Mutton and Rogan Josh paste, Dipika got Fish and Shorshe Bata, and Ayesha got Chicken and Assamese Black Sesame Paste. All 3 will have to make a dish combining both protein and paste.

23. Healthy Food Challenge Part 12025-02-2658mThis was a tag team challenge. Since Tejasswi's dish was the best in the last challenge, She could choose her partner, and The judges would make the remaining pairs
The pairs were: Tejasswi and Nikki; Rajiv and Usha; Dipika and Faisu; Gaurav and Kabita
During the challenge, One contestant from each pair will have to cycle using the exercise cycle and the other contestant will have to cook. If the contestant stops cycling, the gas will not work. After a certain period, The contestants will have to switch their positions. The bottom 2 pairs will go to the Black Apron Challenge
24. Healthy Food Challenge - Part 22025-02-2758mThe judges introduced a twist that the pairs should make a healthy dessert as well and told that both the contestants of each pair can work together now.
25. Overnight Cooking Challenge2025-02-281h 10mChef Romy Gill gives some envelopes to the remaining 4 contestants: Gaurav, Kabita, Archana, and Faisu. Each envelope contains an overnight technique such as fermentation, confit, and slow cooking.
The contestants will get 30 minutes for preparation and must collect all ingredients from the pantry on the previous day only as the pantry will be closed for the next day. After 30 mins, they will have to leave the kitchen as it is, keep the items on the counter/fridge, and come back in the next day.
26. Replica Dish Challenge2025-03-031h 13mSince Dipika couldn't participate in the Black Apron Challenge last week due to health issues, She will be directly participating in this week's Black Apron Challenge.
The remaining contestants will have to replicate Chef Ranveer's dish in 90 minutes.
During the challenge, A twist was introduced that the recipes would be taken away and the contestants would have to make the dish without the recipe.
27. Coconut Team Challenge2025-03-041h 14mDuring this Challenge, Two Teams were made

Blue Team: Gaurav (Captain), Tejasswi, Nikki, Kabita
Both Teams had to make a 4-course meal with the core ingredient Coconut within 2 hours. After every 30 minutes, the teams had to serve their dish.
28. Phool Aur Kaante 2.02025-03-051h 3mArchana, the winning captain from the previous challenge, was given 2 advantages. One was that along with her, she could save one more contestant from her team and directly go to the next week.
The remaining 6 contestants had to make a dish with flowers and thorn plants.

30. Lucky Dip Challenge2025-03-071h 14mThe 5 unsafe contestants: Gaurav, Kabita, Rajiv, Dipika, and Nikki must go through a Lucky Dip. There are 4 categories: Proteins, Nuts and Seeds, Fruits and Vegetables, and Cheese. Each category has 5 ingredients. All the contestants will get 4 ingredients each. Using those 4 ingredients, The contestants will have to make a dish.
31. Chef Manu Chandra's Challenge2025-03-1052mThe contestants must make a dish along with Chef Manu Chandra inspired by Tomato Shorba within 90 minutes.
32. Pair Challenge By Chef Ajay Chopra2025-03-1149mChef Ajay Chopra brings a Fortune Wheel of 25 Ingredients. This would be a Pair Challenge. The pairs were: Rajiv & Nikki; Tejasswi & Usha; Faisu & Dipika; and Archana & Gaurav. Each pair should roll the wheel twice. Wherever the pointer stops, The pair would get their 2 core ingredients and will have to make either sweet or savory next to the ingredient given.
33. Wheel of Fortune Pair Challenge By Chef Ajay Chopra - Part 22025-03-1255mThis is a continuation of the previous episode
In the middle of the challenge, The judges introduce a twist that Rajiv can choose one pair in which for 5 minutes, both contestants will have to work with their hands tied. Rajiv chooses Archana and Gaurav.
The judges introduced the twist that the pairs will have to make 2 portions. One for the judges and One for the special guests which were the contestant's home staff and Farah Khan's house-help, Dilip. The judges will give scores to the pair considering both dishes and the Highest Score will win the challenge and get a special power.
34. Hina and Rocky's Wedding Menu Challenge2025-03-1355mIn the next challenge, 2 special guests, Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal gave the challenge to the contestants that they will have to make dishes meant for a wedding. This was a team challenge.The teams were:

Archana and Gaurav had the power to choose any 2 members of the Opposite Team and stop their cooking, They chose Nikki and Rajiv.
36. Holi Special Challenge2025-03-1750mZorawar Kalra brought 2 challenges to the bottom 4 contestants
Veeba Taste Test: The bottom 4 contestants: Usha, Rajiv, Archana, and Faisu will have to undergo a taste test in which they will be given some Veeba Sauces and Dressings and have to identify the ingredients used in the sauces and dressings.
All the contestants will have to make a dish related to Holi with their family members as their sous Chefs in 90 minutes. The elimination will only be from the bottom 4 contestants: Usha, Rajiv, Archana, and Faisu. The contestant who makes the best dish will feature in Zorawar's restaurant menu.

Rajiv gets an advantage in that for 10 minutes, she can take the help of any contestant's family member. He chooses Archana's mother.

Chef Kunal Kapur comes with a challenge that all contestants will have to make a dish of 4 elements in one utensil.
39. Delhi Spice Test2025-03-2054mFor the next challenge, Chef Kunal Kapur brings up a pantry filled with spices which he specially bought from Delhi. There will be 3 rounds in this challenge
Round 1: There will be 3 pairs: Nikki and Tejasswi, Usha and Rajiv, Archana and Gaurav. In this challenge, one contestant from each pair will be given some spices in a box and have to guess the spice just by touching them. The one who guesses the most spices will win an advantage

Chef Kunal's Mystery Box: In this, The contestants get a core ingredient, Australian Blood Lime and they will get 2 hours of cooking and extensive support pantry.
Chef Ranveer's Mystery Box: In this, There are 9 different ingredients. The contestant has to choose any 4 ingredients out of those 9 and they will get only 90 minutes of cooking time.
Archana, Rajiv, and Gaurav chose Chef Kunal's Mystery Box, and Tejasswi and Usha chose Chef Ranveer's Mystery Box.
In the middle of the challenge, Farah opens her mystery box, where the contestants will have to use a Pressure Cooker.
