Synopsis

It explores the cultural consequences of the Alamo empire and features rare archival footage, including an exclusive videotaped deposition with Alamo himself. It also weaves together interviews with the FBI agent who took Alamo down as well as cult survivors who have never previously shared their stories.

2. Episode 22019-03-061hThe Arkansas compound expands its evangelical membership and finances, creating an intricate web of lucrative businesses. Local and federal government tax officials take notice. Tony Alamo becomes tyrannical upon the death of Susan.
3. Episode 32019-03-131hThe membership of the Foundation begins to fracture as Tony's tyranny grows with his paranoia about the government cases. Tax troubles and membership defections create a fearful environment. Alamo goes fugitive.
4. Episode 42019-03-201hFugitive Alamo is captured, imprisoned, but continues to run his empire. Former members try to extract family members remaining. Upon release, government services detect evidence of deeper than evangelical love of their leader by the female adult and child members.
